At BULLHORN Fashion, we take pride in providing high-quality clothing and carefully inspect every product before dispatch. If you receive a product with a defect, damage, or an incorrect item, we are happy to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The wrong product, size, or design was sent.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product received is significantly different from the product description.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unworn and unused.

  • Unwashed and unaltered.

  • In its original condition and packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original tags, if applicable.

2. Return/Exchange Period

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to request a return or exchange.

Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

3. Size-Related Returns or Exchanges

Please carefully check the size chart before placing your order.

Size-related returns or exchanges are not accepted unless otherwise specifically mentioned on the product page.

If we offer a size exchange for a particular product, the customer may be required to pay the applicable return shipping charges.

4. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, ironed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Products without original tags or packaging, where applicable.

  • Products damaged due to improper washing or care.

  • Products returned after the 7-day return period.

  • Products where the customer simply changes their mind.

  • Products with minor variations in color caused by different screen/display settings.

5. Printed / DTF Products

Printed products are checked before dispatch to ensure that the print is properly applied and the product meets our quality standards.

A return or replacement may be provided if the product has a manufacturing or printing defect, such as:

  • Major print peeling or damage upon delivery.

  • Incorrect print/design.

  • Major printing misalignment.

  • Wrong product or design received.

Normal differences in print appearance caused by screen settings, lighting, or photography are not considered defects.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Clear photographs of the product.

  3. Clear photographs of the packaging.

  4. A short video showing the issue, if requested by our support team.

Our team will review the request and determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

7. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional business days to reflect in your account.

8. Replacement

Where applicable, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement is subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution, including a refund where applicable.

9. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product sent by us, KAUSEN Fashion will bear the applicable return shipping cost.

For any eligible customer-requested exchange, the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping charges.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
